YOUR ROLE
To plan and execute projects related to Substrate & Leadframe New Product / Changes, in timeliness manner to meet project objective / milestone
To run a project by leading a project team to realize the deliverables of the project from Kick Off till industrialization
To execute and support Make / Buy projects.
To qualify new Substrate/ Leadframe part number for new packages, new product and supply chain projects.
To liaise with Substrate/ Leadframe supplier on the development of new technology.
To provide technical support when there is critical quality concerns related to project/ Substrate / Leadframe.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Master or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering / Material Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or equivalent engineering field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management.
Engineer with Substrate & Leadframe manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
Good inter-personal skills and able to work well under pressure.
