In your new role you will:Production support related to migration of MES system (preparation,migration, maintenance).Expansion/adaptation of local processes to integrate to SAP in production.Required to form and lead a team in futureResponsible for production logistics in Kulim as well as cross-location Cluster Frontend logistics topics in production. Business owner for production logistics. Leading experts for logistics who are familiar with all needed MES functionalitiesProduction support related to migration of MES system (preparation, migration, maintenance)Expansion and adaptation of local processes to integrate to SAP in productionCollaboration and leadership of global projects and cross-site expert communitiesDeveloping staff towards technical and behavioral growth. Prioritizing team resources between local, global projects and day-to-day businessProactively interface between FI, manufacturing and development in a mentoring role to align the different interests to establish processes for new requirements in the manufacturing environmentYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Degree in Computer Science/ EngineeringExperienced in leading and managing teamWorking experience with SAP is a mustWafer fab/ semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferredSolid understanding of the systems and methods in the field of logistics and a sound knowledge of the manufacturing process and the interrelationships of the individual process modulesVery good analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking - recognize new requirements and process them in a systematic way.
