JOB SUMMARYReporting to the Director of Strategic Accounts - Semiconductor and Assembly Solutions APAC, the candidate will be responsible for driving the development and growth for MacDermid Alpha's SAS business at several Strategic Accounts, OEM's and OSAT's. The candidate will manage stakeholders across the organization and work collaboratively in executing strategic account plans. A natural leader and role model strategic account manager, the candidate will mentor, guide, and support their team and others in the organization to be successful.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following:Takes the lead in the strategic global account planning process for assigned accounts/segments with performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for multiple years.
Develops and executes a global strategy to leverage key OEM's and OSAT's.
Meets year-over-year assigned revenue and margin targets for profitable sales volume growth.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel and management in assigned customer accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance objectives.
Leads solution development and value creation efforts that address customer needs.
Takes personal responsibility for senior-level customer communication.
Encourages global collaboration between team members, adjacent departments, and business units.
Provides the team with guidance and motivation to be successful.
Frequently reviews and reflects on own and team performance with actions to improve.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONSAt minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
15+ years of semiconductor-related industry experience, with 10+ years in sales or sales management.
Established network and relationships in the industry and at top semiconductor OEM's and OSAT's.
Experience leading teams of 10+ people and strong business acumen.
Successful track record selling in a solution-oriented, long-term contract model.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.
Experience using various Sales Methodologies is a major plus.
