Senior Supervisor, Manufacturing Equipment EngineeringResponsibilities:
Documents (FMEA/Training material/SOP/WI) generation, update, and maintenance.
Line abnormality, quality issue, yield loss investigation, and timely action taken.
Lead KIP projects on machine performance improvement, cost reduction, yield, quality, capacity, and productivity improvements.
Work with Process, R&D on new material and package development for machine-related items.
Machine/tooling buy-off and standardization.
Follow up on customer audits and implement actions.
Prepare and present 8D reports for QAF/RMA cases.
Support other function teams for key projects.
QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or mechanical engineering.
Preferred:
2+ years of working experience in Equipment engineering, process, or related fields.
Skills:
Machine/mechanical knowledge in design and optimization.
Expertise in data analysis and problem solving.
Proficient in QC skills, such as 7QC tools, MSA, SPC, 8D report, DOE, etc.
Familiarity with reporting/data analysis software (PPT, Excel, JMP, AutoCAD, etc.).
Detail-oriented, action-oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently to deliver high-quality solutions.
Able to work effectively with multi-functional team members and possess good communication skills.
