As our Senior Talent Acquisition Executive for the Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping StashAway's culture, nurturing our talent, and driving our mission forward.
As a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth.
You will collaborate closely with various departments, understand their talent needs, and implement strategies to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Your experience in in-house recruitment, particularly in the startup ecosystem, will be vital in meeting the demands of our scale-up phase.
This is a new role, and you will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition & Development.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers and C-Suite members to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Ensure all recruitment activities are geared towards providing excellent candidate experience that is consistent with our values.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements 3-4 years of in-house recruitment experience, preferably within the fintech or technology sector. Proven experience in a startup environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and demands of a scale-up phase.
Exceptional sourcing and talent acquisition skills with a track record of successfully filling various roles across business functions like Compliance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and HR.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Familiarity with LinkedIn tools is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
