Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Asia Pasific

You will be part of our Talent Sourcing team, adding your expertise and skills to the delivery of customer and operational excellence.
Your RoleYou will drive all talent acquisition activities to search and engage with the best talents to join our business.
You will be the talent acquisition expert delivering our solutions to all key stakeholders.
You will ensure that we deliver an exceptional customer and candidate experience.
Your ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with your Team Leader to source and deliver the best candidate for open positions via professional networks such as LinkedIn, internal recruitment tools, referral programs, social media, and job boards.
Deliver all key activities within the talent acquisition process, including but not limited to proactive sourcing, screening of applications, reviewing resumes, reviewing testing, and launching reference and background checks.
Manage and track candidate interactions via our internal systems.
Continuously optimize our talent acquisition solutions and processes by delivering against specified key performance indicators (KPI).
Screen and review incoming applicants.
Build and maintain talent pools for specific roles and/or locations focusing on in-demand skill sets to ensure a continuous flow of applicants.
Your Skills and ExperiencesAt least 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
Experience in regional setup is an added advantage.
Able to manage multiple stakeholders with minimum supervision.
Multi-lingual, strong English, and able to speak a second or third language is preferred.
