What is your mission?Manage Talent Pools, including the development of individual plans for top potentials and support development
Assist to develop measures and metrics to determine effectiveness and ROI of talent and organisational development programs and collect data for reporting
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of talent management programs
Continue to evolve best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent processes
Develop tactical action plans to achieve business and people goals in Talent Management perspective
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree related to HR, Talent Management, and Organisational Development.
Preferable with 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Conversant with knowledge of Talent Management and Change Management principles
Able to communicate effectively through interpersonal, influencing, presence and flexibility to work with people achieving goals
Discipline, self starter and good time management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
