Senior Technical Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION Analyze customer needs and to determine appropriate solutions for complex technical issues Provide guidance to team of engineers and technicians on day-to-day technical work, issues and direction Arrange manpower, resources and schedule project implementation and management Conducting research and study on new technologies and products in order to improve application and process Technical presentation, application training and support Assist with the project, budgeting and work schedules Assist sales team on application and solution offering to customer Preparing, reports and other technical documentation whenever required REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in E& amp ;E, Mechatronic or related field At least 5 years related working experience Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills Experiences in utilities, IOT and automation industries preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Working knowledge of relevant software and application
