Site Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Prepareand submit budget estimates based on tender drawings, Bills ofQuantities (BQ) for all disciplines, and costestimates.Manageprogress claims, variation orders, and evaluation of contractorclaims.Assistin awarding contracts, reviewing contract documents, and providingrecommendations on contractorvaluations.Overseepre- and post-contract activities, including monitoring materialsand construction costs, site valuations, variation orders, andfinal accounts.Handleoperational matters related to contractual issues and contractadministration.Monitorscope changes and contract conditions; apply for extensions of timeif necessary.Obtainquotations from contractors and suppliers for cost assessments,analysis, and budgeting.Collaborate& Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, andsub-contractors.Coordinatewith the finance department on payment-related matters, monitormonthly cash flow projections, and provide physical reports forongoing projects.Attendsite valuations, conduct site measurements, and participate inregular meetings.Prepareand verify payment certificates and finalize projectaccounts.Ensurethe ability to meet tightdeadlines.Undertakeother tasks assigned by management asnecessary.Requirements: Atleast 2 years of working relevant experience in related fieldof Quantity Surveying.Fluencyin English and Bahasa Malaysia isrequired.Fluencyin Mandarin isan added advantage.Pleasant,self motivated &independentWorkingdays ( Monday - Friday)
