Axens global offer is based on highly trained human resources, modern production facilities and an extended global network for industrial, technical supports & commercial services.Axens combines the friendliness of a company on a human scale and the influence of a multinational environment whose customers are spread over more than 85 countries.Axens is an IFP Group company.OBJECTIVESProvide pre & post commissioning technical services and assistance to Axens licensed technology units and/or non-Axens licensed unit in the field of refinery, running with Axens catalyst/adsorbent, including troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.On-site support for start-ups, troubleshooting, inspections and/or catalyst/adsorbent loadings for process units.Provide training and monitoring of the Technical Services Engineer on hydroprocessing for middle distillate / heavy ends and hydrocracking technologies.MISSIONSPerform unit follow-up analyzing and monitoring the performances of current operating units in close coordination with the dedicated Technical Services Group from HQ and Axens SEA and sales forecast/activity of subsidiary.Provide technical troubleshooting and report to Technical Services Group to make decisions.Provide technical expertise for catalyst/adsorbent change-outs where applicable.Supervise field activities during on-site missions, write procedures and reports related to these missions.Manage client interface during high stress situations such as start-ups, turnarounds, and emergencies.Provide feedback for improvements in designs and procedures based on field experiences.Participate in the promotion of Axens on its technology and services during technical meetings.Participate in the animation of client trainings.Fulfil the above at the expected Axens standard.KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIRED LEVELCandidate must possess bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Chemical/Mechanical or equivalent.At minimum 7 years of experience in operations in the field of refining/petrochemical.Good knowledge of hydroprocessing processes and Axens technology in this field is a must.Teamwork skills and ability to build-up long term relationships with the customers.Entrepreneurship and customer oriented spirit.Experience with working in an interdisciplinary environment.Well organized, rigorous, autonomous and responsible, analytical skills.Keen to understand the technical background of Axens portfolio.Required language(s): proficient in English.The candidate must be prepared to travel often."At Axens, we challenge stereotypes and clichés.
