Job Description
• Set directions for the Infrastructure team that is aligned to organization business objectives and lead team to achieve Line of Business (LOB) Target.
• Innovate and enhance the Infrastructure services in HK so as to remain relevant in present and future market needs.
• Develop a competent team with in-demand skills and capabilities, and groom them to meet the LOB's target.
• Lead the team to deliver project/services successfully and ensuring profitability & customer satisfactions.
• Responsible to lead a technical team consisting of system/network/database administrators, computer operations, helpdesk and technical specialists to implement, maintain and support various sizable IT infrastructures.
• Work closely with different hardware/software vendors and the customers to design and implement system infrastructure including operating system administration, system security, clustering, SAN storage, backup and disaster recovery procedure.
Job Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification IT experiences, including at least 8 years of experiences in infrastructure design and implementation.
• Practical knowledge in network design and implementation; large scale PC deployment; managing AIX, Windows, Clustering, SAN, Cisco, Oracle, Middleware, Security, Cloud and backup solution.
• At least specialized in one of the technical areas, for instance system, network, security, data centre, storage etc.
• Experienced in working on complex problems / projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Experienced in bidding for medium to large projects in government sector is preferable.
• Completed more than 1 cycle of project development in large scale projects, preferable in government sector.
• Strong team leading and people management skill.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all level of users and team members.
• Excellent documentation techniques and analytical skills.
• Initiative, customer-focused, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Holder of ITIL or PMP certification is essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
