Senior Tenancy Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities



-Preparing Letter of Offer and Tenancy Agreement.


-To vet-through the LO/TA for execution.


-Ensure all documentation, payment submissions are completed within the set time frame.


-Prepare and update master listing.


-To prepare and online submission stamp duty.


-Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

; Requirements:- Education and Qualification
Diploma and above
Relevant Experience and Years of Service



-At least 3 years working experience in Leasing, Business Development, Tenancy Management or similar.


-Knowledgeable in legal terms and leasing administration skills.

Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge and Competencies



-Knowledge on Microsoft office application, i.e Microsoft Excel, Word, Slide Presentation 


-Language Proficiency – Good English and Malay 


-Writing and Communication Skill – Good in English and Malay (optional: Mandarin)
