Senior Town Planner

-Develop concept plans, layouts, and presentation materials for official submissions.


-Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for construction projects.


-Prepare Planning Evaluation Reports and supporting documents.


-Attend meetings and briefings, report progress to superiors.


-Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and adherence to approved plans.


-Keep abreast of changes in town planning regulations and communicate updates to the construction team as needed.


-Collaborate with the team to meet milestones.

; Requirements:-



-Bachelor's Degree, diploma in Urban and Regional Planning or related field.


-5-7 years of experience in town planning or urban development.


-Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia


-Strong understanding of construction projects.


-Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel etc). 


-Having AutoCAD skills will be advantage.


-Ability to analyze maps and create graphics.


-Self-motivated, collaborative, and dedicated.
