We are proudly part of Japan Post.The opportunityPerform month-end and year end closing for 2 treasury entities (in Singapore and Australia), full balance sheet and P&L, operational costs reporting, reporting packs with analytics and reconciliations.
Ensure appropriate accounting of treasury related transactions involving but not limited to: FX - Spot, Forward, Cash Equivalents, Money Market Funds.
External and Inter-company Loans, interest calculations, withholding tax calculations.
Monthly Foreign Exchange accounting.
Ensure appropriate hedge accounting and review of hedging performance and prepare any ad hoc reports as required such as cost, management and tax report.
Manage treasury related external audit queries during interim and year end audit and ensure that all applicable deadlines to books closures are met.
Establish effective and open working relationships with key counterparts (front and back office).
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, accounting standards, corporate governance and other regulatory requirements: company's books are properly kept in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.What You'll Need To Succeed
Bachelor's level Finance, Accounting or Commerce discipline. CA/CPA or equivalent qualified / partly qualified.
Solid Financial Accounting track record.
Experienced in full set of accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet, Reconciliation.
Able to prepare and analyse reports and present in meetings to stakeholders and also able to make recommendations.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.What moves you
