In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Assisting engineers in resolving customers' technical issues with precision and excellence
Setting up systems or demo units for troubleshooting, proofs-of-concept, or demonstrations
Validating functionalities of NI and third-party hardware modules
Managing VM servers, demo-room, and store-room operations to ensure seamless functionality
Streamlining and improving hardware loaning and shipping processes for flawless execution
Maintaining the hardware asset database and tracking all asset movements using an appropriate asset tracking system
Leading NCPS requests/processes, including coordinating the procurement process
Implementing and outlining procedures on a weekly basis to ensure continuous improvement

For This Role, You Will Need:
Proficiency in English
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in electronics and electrical engineering or computer science.
Other relevant fields may be considered.
Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting
Skilled in software and driver installations
Basic knowledge of electronics
Competence in basic computer troubleshooting skills (hardware – hard drives, software – installation, proprietary licensing, etc.)
Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
Strong communication skills, an analytical approach, effective problem-solving skills, and a self-starter mentality
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience with NI hardware and LabVIEW
Proficiency in using handheld and benchtop instruments such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, etc.
Familiarity with inventory or asset management systems
Experience in collaborating across functions and geographies
