Our current vacancy | Full-time | Long-term | REMOTE Responsibilities: Interaction Design: Lead the overall interaction design for the cryptocurrency trading platform, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience Analyze user needs and industry trends, translating them into efficient design solutions Establish and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all platforms Project Management: Independently manage the entire design lifecycle, from concept to implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery Develop project plans, assign tasks, coordinate cross-functional resources, and track project progress to meet deadlines Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of design solutions Participate in product strategy discussions, providing actionable design recommendations to drive product innovation User Research: Conduct user research, analyze behavioral data, and gain insights into user needs to optimize product experience Continuously refine design solutions based on user feedback and market trends Requirements: 5+ years of experience in interaction design, with at least 3 years in team and project management Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges or the fintech industry, with a deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD, with a solid foundation in design theory.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Data-driven mindset, using analytics to inform design decisions Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and project requirements.
