Role & Responsibilities Create flawless videos for digital platforms and TV Localize and adapt video content to resonate across new markets Thrive under challenging deadlines, supporting junior teammates Showcase your full polished skillset, from audio to animation, to make your work stand out Employ your storytelling talent to craft videos aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines Oversee the work of junior teammates and help them improve their skills with constructive feedback Create documentation around best practices for the development of new workstreams Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to inform ways of working Communicate clearly and colalborate with top-notch professionals like you, in a diverse company Requirement Great English speaking skills Minimum of 8 years of video editing experience Previous experience in adaptation workstreams and advertising Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects Intermediate skills in photoshop, Illustrator and Audition Intermediate knowledge of audio mixing Solid motion graphics knowledge A positive learning attitude when it comes to receiving and giving feedback Keen interest in industry trends and new technologies A resourceful, collaborative and proactive mindset Bonus Points: Additional experience in digital compositing, grading, AI tools, and 3D tools #LI-WT1
