Our client is a leading Food & Beverage Manufacturer located in Johor.They are currently seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to join the business.
Job Description

Team LeadershipSupervise and support warehouse staff in daily operations.
Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
Provide training to enhance employee skills and performance.
2.
Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records and reduce discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to prevent shortages.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
3.
Operational EfficiencyOptimize warehouse layout to maximize space and streamline workflow.
Improve operational processes for better efficiency.
Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
4.
Safety and ComplianceEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
5.
Technology UtilizationOversee the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related tools.
Use data and analytics to improve inventory control and warehouse processes.
6.
Vendor and Carrier RelationsCoordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule deliveries and resolve issues.
Negotiate favorable terms with logistics partners.
7.
Cost ManagementMonitor warehouse expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Implement measures to improve operational cost efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified in Production and Inventory Management - CPIM) are a plus.
Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and other relevant technologies.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
