Job Responsibilities:Ensure overall customer satisfaction with Aftersales service.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding services recommended and performed.
Prepares service estimates, sells routine maintenance/repair services and conducts follow-ups regarding unsold services and customer inquiries.
Performs opening and closing responsibilities.
Schedules appointments, answers phones and collects funds for services performed.
Conducting final inspection and vehicle handover.
Ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
Proficient in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong organizational, decision making, and problem solving skills.
Able to advise and communicate with customers regarding vehicle situation.
Required Skill(s): knowledge of dealing with complaints, basic knowledge of commercial automotive techniques and business systems, and basic computer skills.
Experience with continental cars will be added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline.
Able to work with minimum supervision, confident, dynamic and customer-oriented attitude.
Must be willing to work in PUCHONG/BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG/SETIA ALAM.
