Service Advisor Cum Cs

RESPONSIBILITY
1. Handling appointment service and advise service schedule  
2. Handling company system, issuing invoice and ensure all documentation are completed with correctly for submission 
3. To explain and advise customer regarding technician founding issue from the technician report founding on service
4. Up sale, promoting addition job to maintain monthly sale target 
5. Able to respond positively & remain calm when handling unsatisfied or complaint customer. 
6. Able to give proper explanation, solution, and to assist unsatisfied customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.    
7. Issue customer PO for ordering parts
 
REQUIREMENTS
1. Fresh Graduate/Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering (SKM1,2, 3 or above in automotive is an added advantage)
2. Must have excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
3. Valid driving license
REMUNERATION
