Job Responsibilities:
-Main purpose of Service Ambassador is to relief to the Branch Manager, assumes responsibilities related to both operational and customer service aspects within the branch.
-Promote company products to customer to achieve target set by Company.
-Maintain and deliver excellent quality of customer service to internal and external customer.
-To ensure efficient and productive counter service operations.
-Fully adhere to operation requirement for branch operations.
-To ensure compliance of Branch Operational Procedure and Integrated Management System (IMS) guideline, whenever attending customers.
-To ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of all AEON's information assets are protected.
-To report promptly any breach of law, regulation, the company's code of conduct or other company policies and guidelines to immediate superior.
-To ensure efficient and productive counter service operations

; Requirements:- Job Requirements:
-Strong interpersonal and communication skill
-Supervising and monitoring skill
-Passionate and self-driven.
-Minimum SPM with 5 years of Hospitality experience (Airlines and Hotel).
-Working experience in Sales and Service will be an added advantages.
-Good in selling, negotiation and promotion skills.
-Have own transportation.
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Able to work on shift, public holiday and on weekends.
-Willing to travel and work independently under pressure.
