Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Consultant at Believe Fitness in Putrajaya.
The Service Consultant will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing high-quality customer service, and offering expert consulting on fitness solutions to meet individual needs.

Strong Communication abilities
Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Ability to create personalized fitness plans
Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills
Certification in fitness training or related field
