Responsibilities:Responding to customer's inquiries and incidents reporting according to SLA
Create incident/service request tickets in the ticketing system for further processing
Monitor the processing status of customer's requests/incidents
Forwarding of customer's requests to the responsible teams
Providing customer regularly status reports (for example troubleshooting or handling process)
Perform ticket follow up and monthly reporting
Telephone, email, and online support – accept, respond, and manage user issues according to Service Desk procedures and SLAs.
Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Entry/Junior level: Fresh graduate with an IT background
Professional level: 1 year of working experience in IT ServiceDesk
Some basic knowledge of SAP functional modules would be beneficial
Possess strong communication skills (written and verbal in English)
Able to adapt to a process-oriented environment with multiple regions
Punctual, diligent, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility
Willing to learn and be dynamic to new challenges, in line with the organization's expansion plans
Extrovert personality is highly preferred (social, outgoing, etc)
Required language(s): English (fluent in written and spoken)
Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
ITIL Certification is a plus
Shift duty is required 24/7
