Tasks & Responsibilities
Cultivate strong customer relationships: Manage and escalate technical issues to ensure prompt and effective resolution, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Provide IT technical support: Deliver both remote and on-site support for existing installations, addressing technical issues as they arise.
Perform System Health Checks: Regularly conduct system health assessments to ensure optimal performance and reliability of products.
Assist in system implementations: Collaborate with Project Managers on the implementation and upgrade of systems, ensuring smooth transitions and successful deployments.
Encourage process improvements: Positively and constructively communicate ideas for enhancing company processes, and inspire others to adopt this mindset.
Fulfill clients' needs efficiently: Ensure that clients' requirements are met promptly and cost-effectively.
