Objectives
The CS Engineering team is growing, and we are looking for passionate individuals who are looking for career development in the field of customer service/helpdesk and at the same time to learn to strive in a global environment.
Individuals who are keen to take a challenge, this is the right opportunity!
Make an impact
Provide regular inspection maintenance service on-site.
Recover the system in the shortest reasonable time.
Respond to customers' concerns and complaints adequately.
Understand customer requirements and proactively turn them into action.
Identify new investments customers may undertake.
Provide support to customers for the system installed (during and after office hours).
Assist in commissioning and deployment during project implementation phase, providing on-site assistance.
Record incidents/problems in CMMS.
Demonstrate adequate trouble-shooting skills and rectify problems individually before engaging level 2 support.
Support customer spare parts handling/inventory.
Bring to the team
At least a Degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical/Controls Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably in Electrical/Mechanical equipment support and maintenance of industrial/process equipment.
Hands-on experience resolving electrical and mechanical problems.
Independent and able to work under pressure, overtime, and odd hours to resolve problems on-site.
Proactive with a strong customer and team focus.
Working experience in automated material handling systems with PLC knowledge is an added advantage but not essential.
Possess adequate troubleshooting skills and capability to provide training if needed.
Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both oral & written).
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., MS Excel).
Good health and fitness to work safely at height.
Efficient time management.
Compliance with safety regulations.
Required to work according to standby timetable.
