RESPONSIBILITIES: Debug, contain and feedback products (Machine, test board, socket, etc.) and services weakness for continuous improvement Provide operational and maintenance training to customer to enable our customer to use our product and services effectively and efficiently Support customer operational need with regards to our product and services Upkeep products and services quality image to our customer Highlight to sales and marketing any business opportunity observed and seize the opportunity to turn it into PO working with sales and marketing REQUIRMENTS: Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / SKM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 Prefer candidate with 1-2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry. Good communications skills and a proactive team player Proficiency in Chinese written and verbal.
