Service Excellent Manager (ex-stewardess are encouraged to apply)
Responsibilities:Hire, train, and mentor restaurant staff including servers, cooks, bartenders, and hostesses.Schedule and supervise daily activities of restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.Foster a positive, customer-focused work environment and ensure staff motivation and performance.Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and handle any staffing issues as they arise.Operational Management:Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift management.Ensure smooth coordination between the front-of-house and kitchen staff, optimizing service flow and customer satisfaction.Maintain inventory levels, manage food and beverage stock, and place orders as needed.Monitor the quality of food and beverage served, ensuring it meets company standards.Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, including sanitation and food safety standards.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health codes and labor laws.Customer Service & Experience:Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, addressing complaints or concerns promptly.Ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and resolve issues efficiently.Implement strategies to build repeat business and promote customer loyalty.Regularly interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction and obtain feedback.Staff Management:Ensure employees uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.Lead, train, and motivate staff members, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service.Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.Address any employee issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.Train experienced employees on new or updated outlet procedures to improve their grooming and performance.Job Requirements:Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.A bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, multitasking skills, with attention to detail.Strong teaching abilities and mentoring skills.Ability to manage and resolve conflict effectively.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and restaurant management software.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to provide leadership to personnel in a fast-paced and stressful work environment.Company Overview:Din Tai Fung is an international restaurant chain from Taiwan.
