is seeking a dynamic and detail-orientedService & Logistic/Facilities Management Officerto join our team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, managing logistics, and overseeing facilities management within our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
Providing administrative support to the management team as needed
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
What we're looking for
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service, logistics, or facilities management role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with the team.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with a keen eye for detail
Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
