We're committed to efficient, humble leadership and taking ownership in our roles, always aiming to positively impact our employees, customers, and community.Your Day-to-DayEnsure workshop compliance with After Sales Operating Standard (ASOS) & Workshop SOP.Manage all technical, Extended Warranty Program (EWP), inventory & human resource matters.Ensure efficient and effective execution of management plan.Manage daily workshop operation and service centre activities (i.e. Reception, Job Allocation, vehicle repair/servicing & delivery) to ensure efficient workflow and report to superior.Review the work performance of workshop and service staff.Practice Plan, Do, Check & Action (PDCA) on process to identify daily WIP rates and reduce or eliminate bottleneck processes in compliance with policy & processes.Monitor and ensure all reports required by After Sales Department are accurately accomplished and submitted on set deadlines by concerned personnel.Attend to internal & external OSH related matters and report to superior & DOSH in a timely manner. Take necessary corrective and preventive measures (CAPA) to prevent the reoccurrence of accidents.Ensure all workshop equipment is sufficient and in good working condition. Maintenance should be carried out according to schedule and ensure equipment licenses are valid and up to date.Monitor inventory regularly and check monthly part cycle count and annual stock count.Attend to all contracts, renewals, and licenses related matters in a timely manner.Maintain EWP claim processing procedures according to SOP.Maintain technical updates to increase technician efficiency and improve Fix It Right the First Time performance.Coordinate with staff to ensure cleanliness and operation of facility is well maintained.Ensure proper handling/disposal of waste products in compliance with government regulations.Conduct safety induction training and toolbox briefing (bi-weekly) to the workshop staff and keep training/briefing records documented properly.Handle any other assignments as assigned in accordance with your roles and responsibilities from time to time.Assist in handling periodic internal audits.Plan, analyze, and manage workshop finances.Ensure timely collection of payments from debtors. Report bad debts immediately to superior for next course of action.Ensure cash collected is banked into company account on a daily basis.Train, coach, and evaluate employees on company processes, safe work procedures, and other skills required to carry out their jobs.Motivate, guide, and mentor team members to exceed goals and create a positive environment.Identify training needs for all staff.Act as the highest source of information for all services, inventory, product knowledge concerns, and work process matters (for both employees and customers).Achieve customer satisfaction targets set by the company.Handle customer complaints immediately and according to company policies and procedures.Develop & enhance a strong service brand image and build rapport & relationships with customers.Your Know-HowCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in Aftersales operations.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results-driven.Ability to organize and prioritize tasks including delegation of tasks when appropriate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
