Responsibilities:
Ensure timely scheduling and coordination of vehicle servicing.
Assist service advisors and technicians to meet customer requirements efficiently.
Monitor the workflow in the workshop to minimize delays and ensure quality.
Parts and Accessories Support:
Assist in managing the sales of car parts and accessories.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels.
Support promotional activities for parts and accessories sales.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate with customers regarding service updates and vehicle readiness.
Address basic inquiries and escalate issues to the Service Manager when needed.
Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of service operations and sales activities.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and sales teams.
Support the Service Manager in achieving operational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:Diploma or certificate in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:At least 1-2 years of experience in a service or automotive-related role is preferred.
Familiarity with Perodua products and services is an advantage.Skills:Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and servicing.
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word).Requirements:
Male candidates are preferred due to the nature of the job.
Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel occasionally.
