Service Planning / Strategy Senior Executive (Automotive)

Job Responsibilities:  Strategy Development & Implementation:Develop and implement aftersales service strategies that align with overall business goals and customer needs.Preparing and monitoring service intake and department budgeting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of aftersales initiatives.Create service packages, warranty offerings, and pricing strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service lead times, customer satisfaction, and service revenue.Prepare regular reports on service performance and present actionable insights to senior management.3. Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends in the automotive aftersales industry.Make recommendations based on market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors in terms of service offerings and customer care. Requirements:  Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or any related field.At least 3 years of experience in aftersales service planning/ strategy in the automotive industry.Knowledge of service operations, proficiency in service management software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office to generate necessary reports, charts, graphs, and presentations slide.Excellent communication and presentation skills, customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and strong leadership capabilities.
