Responsible for supporting the After Market Sales team in selling service contracts, consumables, and managing dealers.ResponsibilitiesSupport the After Market Sales team in selling service contracts and consumables.
Manage business partner relationships and dealers' network, channel sales & marketing.
Achieve sales targets and coordinate service projects.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Submit client quotations, follow-up, and administer client accounts.
Analyze costs and sales and prepare reports.
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
Provide technical presentations and demonstrate products to meet client needs.
Manage existing customers/dealers and search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services, maximizing client potential.
Routine sales travel to visit new and existing customers and attend relevant trade shows.
Perform any other jobs that might be relevant to this position.Job Requirements:Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in laboratory sales-service; preferably candidates with experience in managing dealers.
Able to multitask and follow-through with customers by organizing daily jobs well.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good persuasion skills and aptitude for communication.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications; hands-on SAP experience will be an added advantage.
A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Possess own transport and able to travel within Malaysia.Preferred CharacteristicsShows market-oriented entrepreneurship.
