What this means for you is the opportunity to be a part of delivering innovative solutions and helping to solve real business problems for a wide variety of valued clients.Roles and Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.Provide consulting advice to clients based on best practicesDesign, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, especially portal experienceConduct system analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Develop and implement ServiceNow best practices and standards.Provide technical guidance and support to clients and project teams.Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.Strong experience in designing web components using AngularJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, CSSStrong knowledge of AngularJS, JavaScript (with Widget customizations) Experience with Scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the Service Now system Creating client script, UI action related to custom portal.
Creating Angular Template and modification Creating field validation using HTML and angularCreating and implementing complex portal pages, widgets and macrosImplementing designer-provided user interfaces.
Matching the UI from designs on various pages of a portal.
Resolving UI performance bottlenecks.Resolving complex widget defectsCreating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release notesRequirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with a focus on Portal ExperienceStrong knowledge in AngularJS, JavaScript, widget, macrosStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration.Good understanding of ServiceNow architectureKnowledge of ITIL best practices and IT service management processes.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritiesServiceNow certifications are highly preferred- CSA, CADOur culture and benefits: DXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
