A job that matters: your task Ensure all work are safe & compliance with OSHA/JKKP & standard regulations Ensure all Health, Safety Environment polices, procedures, rules and regulation are adhered to and are regular reviewed, updated & Communicated. Ensure compliance to SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) standard and initiatives within department. Ensure all accidents are documented, investigated and propose / recommend for improvement. Ensure security procedure & standard are follow such as emergency situation – fire alarms, injuries, chemical spillage Ensure safety inspection are carried out fire drills, fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspection, risk assessment and working procedure are managed and employees are aware their responsibilities – Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) Established a full program documented Heath & Safety Inspection, audits, and established structural program Safety Training throughout the company. Facilitates the incident investigation and work closely with area owners to close the Corrective / Prevention Actions. To implement and effective Occupational Safety, Health & Environment management. Degree of Complexity / Degree of Freedom Build efficient organization for the organization in Safety, Health & Environment to work Continuously improve on Safety standard and requirement. Authority: Disciplining all employees important of Safety To stop work under unsafe condition if machine, environment & etc related to safety & pollution to the environment. Qualification: Professional Certificate In Engineering (Environmental, Health & Safety) Certified and gazette (green book holder) by Department Of Safety & Health Malaysia." Experience 3-5 years progressively responsible experience in SHE in Manufacturing operations / Production Operation (SHE – Safety, Health & Environment) Knowledge / Skill Good knowledge in of SHE, ESH Regulation in OSHA & ISO14001 Able to work independently.
