ResponsibilitiesSupport bending activity for the sheet metal department.
Support each process and develop related SFD.
Setup machine and prepare material based upon the process drawing and material picking list.
Perform bending works according to approved drawings and quality specifications within ISO requirements and adhering to safety practices.
Responsible to examine and measure work pieces to ensure conformance with specifications.
Continuously seek for improvement to increase productivity.
Responsible to reduce material wastage, machine setup time and run time.
Ensure the machine run time and product output meet the target given by superior.
Perform preventive maintenance for production machines, equipment, tools, jigs and fixtures to reduce machine downtime.
Monitor to ensure production floor meets the 5S housekeeping standard.
RequirementsSPM Certificate, or Diploma in technology or equivalent; or 1 to 3 years of related working experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Able to do a bending job according to SFD.
Able to read, understand and interpret work orders, blueprints or technical drawings to determine specific requirements.
Able to program and operate sheet metal machines.
Good analytical mind and attention to details.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
