Shift Facility Engineer, Data Centre - Based In Sedenak (Johor)

Responsible to attend and complete the service request assigned and provide coordination/monitoring work to related maintenance work or project. Additional task based on specific skills.
Service Request/Work Order ManagementReceive service request/work order and ensure completion within agreed SLA/KPIProvide solution to technical/handyman issues and responsible for delivery of services.Work with other team members to meet all SLA/KPIProactively conduct site walkabout and identify required work order to minimize complaints.Maintenance Work and Project CoordinationTo coordinate/monitor site maintenance/project work in compliance to HSE standardsResponsible to complete the assigned planned maintenance work and coordinate any reactive inspection as and when required.Additional Task (Specific Skills)Electrical distribution (Low Voltage) and Genset coordination workElectrical distribution (Low Voltage) coordination workPerform diversified installation, operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair duties for the following areas:Heating
Ventilation
Air conditioning
Refrigeration
Related control systems
Qualifications and Ideal ExperiencesDegree/Diploma in Engineering in Electrical or Airconditioning.
3 – 4 years of relevant experience in engineering or critical environment services.1 – 2 years' experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III orequivalent data centre or critical facility.Critical environment experience within similar sized site or operation.Experienced with continuous improvement initiatives and in technical troubleshooting.
