Responsibilities:Responsible for the supervision and performance of the production and quality as well as ensuring safety and environment of the plant.
Manage process flow condition to achieve production quality and quantity target.
Provide guidance, mentoring, coaching and support to plant technicians and operators.
Ensure compliance of all quality management systems such as quality, environmental, safety, HALAL, KOSHER, RSPO, GMP and HACCP are adhered to.
Requirements:Degree or Diploma of any discipline preferably in the technical field.
At least 8 years of working experience in a chemical or edible oil continuous processing plant with a minimum of 2 years as a supervisor.
Experience in DCS control.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
