Shipping Clerk

About the roleWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team at SJ Circle Sdn Bhd.
This full-time role will be based in our Kulim Kedah office and will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient dispatch of our products to customers.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and process shipping documentation, such as packing slips, bills of lading, and customs paperwork
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and labeling of outgoing orders
Liaise with carriers to schedule pickups and monitor shipment status
Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments and related documentation
Identify and resolve any shipping-related issues or discrepancies
Support the logistics team with other administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role, preferably within a similar industry
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Proficient in using shipping software and other relevant computer applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments
Knowledge of shipping regulations, documentation requirements, and customs procedures
