Shopee Video Coordinator - Listing & Content, MY MarketplaceThe Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.
The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.
Responsibilities:Manage part-time agents: task assignments, monitor KPIs, and QA score.
Training and coaching of agents' performance for quality improvement.
Scheduling and monitoring attendance for part-time agents.
Administrative work of managing timesheet tracking for part-time agents.
Execute urgent content takedowns and identify gaps that address content-related issues.
Elevate and escalate red flags to management from a duty-of-care perspective.
Undertake project work as required; undertaking any initiatives identified based on business needs.
Assist team leader in other tasks assigned.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above, 1-2 years of experience in content moderation/trust & safety/content quality assurance.
Fluent command of the English language is a must, both verbal and written.
Good understanding of online content moderation safety.
Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with MS Office software such as Excel and Word is a plus.
Good communication skills, able to abstract problems and find solutions proactively.
