• Plan and organize newsworthy promotional activities and programs for the mall.• Prepare, achieve and generate revenue according to the department budget annually.• Assist tenants in creating exciting promotional launches and programs to enhance branding and increase sales turnover.• Responsible for all promotion advertisements (print, electronic and multimedia) and decoration for the mall.• Build and maintain close relationship with all government authorities and agencies, non-governmental organizations, media, Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board and others.Requirements:Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field;Minimum 1 year of related working experience;Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;Result-oriented, able to work under tight timelines.Company Overview:Guangzhou R&F Properties Co., Ltd.
