Job ResponsibilitiesPlan and monitor the sales to ensure the monthly/ yearly sales target given is achieved for each showroom.
Ensure daily operations, updates and maintenance of the showrooms are carried out according to the standards set.
Conduct market studies, analyse and propose strategies to increase customer base and the showroom's performance.
Conduct meetings with all team members and prepare weekly/monthly sales analysis reports, forecasts and action plans.
Ensure all marketing campaigns and activities information are communicated effectively to all team members and executed successfully.
Ensure customers are served according to the standards set and attend to complaints in a courteous manner.
Plan staffing, closely monitor the progress of every sales personnel in achieving their targets, identify skill gaps and coach them accordingly.
Provide guidance to the staff to improve their competencies, constantly motivate and enhance the bonding within the team by creating a positive working environment.
Handle staff attendance and disciplinary matters.
Job RequirementsApplicant must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 years of managerial working experience especially in a Retail environment.
A strong determination and result-oriented sound management and leadership skills in managing and motivating personnel in a team environment.
Good negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
Strong in problem solving and resourceful in handling difficult situations.
