About the roleWe are an established construction company specializing in infrastructure work.
We are currently seeking suitable candidates to be part of the team.
What you'll be doing
Provide overall direction and management on projects.
Monitor on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.
Track project progress and execute the project according to the project plan.
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team regularly to ensure it meets project standards.
Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding the project.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline from a recognized university and registered with the Board of Engineer Malaysia.
12 years of working experience in Civil Engineering work such as roads, bridges, and infrastructure works.
Good communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, and communicate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Experience managing and being accountable for budgets.
Broad general technical and construction background, able to work with consultants on proposals that benefit projects.
Familiarity with Standard Form of Contract PWD and standard specifications for road work.
