Site Civil Supervisor/Engineer

Job ResponsibilitiesReporting to Project Manager/ Engineer and Project Director.
Preparation of detailed work plan, progress report, test plan and necessary method of statement for submission to stakeholders.
Manage and perform project administration for projects awarded to sub-contractors.
Responsible for monitoring of works at site and preparing progress reports as required by clients.
Assess and analyze customers' needs and problems to propose or recommend solutions.
Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure project specifications are met.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor site operations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Manage materials and resources effectively to avoid delays.
Inspect work quality and ensure it meets project standards.
Prepare and submit site reports and documentation.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
Job RequirementsAt least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 2 - 5 years of working experience in the same field.
Fully understand TNB Grid Division construction practice including audit process (SCA, PQA).
Experience in TNB Grid Voltage Substation Construction.
Have a valid NIOSH NTSP.
Good writing and verbal communication skills in both English & Bahasa.
Knowledge of health and safety standards.
Strong leadership qualities.
