Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Contract/Temp
To be eligible for this role, you will require:
SPM/STPM/Diploma in Office Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience as site admin/clerk in construction industries.
Good spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Possess own transportation.
Your responsibilities will be:
To maintain attendance report and update daily.
To compile, record, photostat, file and send back all the Delivery Order (DO) and other related documents to HQ at least once a week.
To generate attendance report and compile daywork summary for general workers bi-weekly.
To generate attendance report & compile Overtime submission for all site staff to proceed Project Leader's approval and send to HQ monthly.
To attend to telephone calls/guests and take down messages/enquiries.
To receive and distribute incoming documents for the office with proper record of distribution.
To ensure a proper filing system, record of files, documents, etc., is maintained and updated for quality records from time to time.
To assist in office equipment/assets maintenance, stationery requisition, control and distribution.
To prepare for site meetings including photostating and distributing the minutes.
To assist in all clerical work in the absence of Senior Site Clerk and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
To carry out any other duties as instructed by the Management from time to time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
