About the roleWe are seeking a talented Site Clerk to join the team at alam tenggara sdn bhd in Kuantan District Pahang.
As a full-time Site Clerk, you will play a crucial administrative and support role, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our site.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation
Providing administrative support to the site management team
Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate site activities
Monitoring and tracking site inventory, supplies, and equipment
Assisting with the implementation of site policies and procedures
Providing excellent customer service to site visitors and personnel
Performing other administrative duties as required to support the site operations
What we're looking for
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience as a Site Clerk or in a similar administrative role
Knowledge of construction or site management processes would be an advantage
