WORK DESCRIPTIONS: Supervise all renovation works on project site, ensuring work completed and run smoothlyCoordinate, monitor and review subcontractor work progress at project siteEnsure that all works carried out in accordance in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans and proceduresEnsure works quality is achieved and safety regulations are compliedOrganizing and manage the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the projectAttend project meeting and liaise with clients, and subcontractors. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Good knowledge of product usage & details, eye for finishing and quality controlStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Able to work in long hoursAble to reply client message on weekend & overtime according to client's scheduleFlexible to work to meet business needsMost possess own transportAble to start work immediately
