Site Engineer

As a Site Engineer with us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are executed to the highest standards. You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
This role is based in Brunei Darussalam and a successful candidate would have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Supervision of construction work based on architectural and structural designs and specifications on site
· Create project work schedules, monitor project progress, and adjust them as needed to meet project deadlines.
· Quality control of construction work
· Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities
· Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
· Manage and supervise in-house workers if required
REQUIREMENTS
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in civil and structural engineering, construction, building, or equivalent.
· Very good understanding of Architectural, M &E, and C&S drawings.
· Able to communicate in Malay and English very well.
· Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage.
· Able to coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors.
· At least 2 years of working experience in building construction.
· Previous experience in project management and structural designing will be an advantage.
· Good management and problem-solving skills on site.
