Site Engineer (Industrial/Factory Projects)Supervise daily site operations and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and progress are maintained.Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant building regulations.Monitor construction progress, conduct regular site inspections, and provide solutions to any issues or delays.Liaise closely with the project manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution of tasks.Review and verify construction drawings, including steel structure plans, and ensure accurate implementation on-site.Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, material deliveries, and manpower allocation.Assist with the preparation of project schedules, and track project milestones to ensure timely completion.Support quality control and safety management efforts, ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices.Resolve technical problems and provide guidance to junior engineers and site workers.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on industrial buildings and steel structures.Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, particularly in industrial factory buildings.Familiarity with steel structure construction and the related challenges involved.Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, including structural steel plans.Good understanding of construction site safety protocols and regulations.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willing to relocate by following projects.
