About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Site Engineer Supervisor to join our team at MCC20 DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION (M) SDN BHD.
As a Site Engineer Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects in either Bertam Penang AND OR Padang Meha Kulim.

What you'll be doing
Supervising and coordinating the work of on-site construction teams, including engineers, technicians, and laborers
Monitoring and inspecting construction activities to ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans to guide the construction process
Identifying and resolving any technical issues or challenges that arise during the construction phase
Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address project-related concerns
Maintaining detailed records and documentation of the construction progress, including daily logs, inspection reports, and quality control data
Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team, as needed
What we're looking for
A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, from planning to completion
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Preferably Mandarin speaker to deal with China Client
