Arrange for housekeeping (Site/Factory).
Conduct briefing for toolbox meetings.
Based on drawings, lead the workers and subcontractors to complete the work at the site.
Ensure that workers operate safely with proper equipment arrangement.
Prepare daily reports for superiors.
Perform ad-hoc related supervisor tasks.
RequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in a site supervisor role.
Able to read drawings, possess problem-solving skills, and have strong communication skills to work in a team.
Candidates must possess a Diploma or any other related certificate.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently.
